1. Introduction to DDT-2 products
DDT-2 type is a desktop coil and universal motor short-circuit tester. This instrument is suitable for short-circuit testing of various coils, medium and small AC motor stators, and rotor windings. It can also test short-circuit faults of DC motor armature windings and squirrel cages. Judgment and inspection of article quality. This instrument is also suitable for short circuit and open circuit fault detection when the motor winding has a closed loop (there is a △ connection in the winding, a parallel branch, etc.). Flexible application, can also check winding wiring, etc.
The test intensity of this instrument is continuously adjustable and uses LED indication, which is clear and intuitive. And equipped with alarm device.
2. Main Features
(1). High sensitivity: The probe does not have to match the curved surface of the workpiece being tested. Generally, a short circuit of more than one turn can be correctly displayed if the probe is 3~5mm apart.
(2). High accuracy: It can be accurate to every groove of the workpiece being tested, and the number of turns of the individual coil to be tested can be as many as desired. Inter-turn short circuits with high contact resistance can also be detected.
(3). High efficiency: It only takes a few seconds to detect whether a workpiece has a short circuit, and it is safe and convenient.
(4). Wide measurement range: The test intensity of the instrument is continuously adjustable and equipped with an attenuator. The capacity of the motor under test can range from hundreds of watts to several kilowatts. The instrument also has an interface for use with an oscilloscope.
